"I had the pleasure touring with Shi for a bike ride in Vietnam for 5 days. One of the best ways to see Vietnam.
He was there when we arrived at the airport at 10pm and then took out us out for dinner and then to our hotel. He was then at our hotel the next day at 7am with all our bikes organised.
Shi is very professional, but at the same really fun! (Which is want you want on a holiday). He catered really well as we had a diverse group who hadn't ridden a bike to those who were really adventurous.
He made sure there was plenty of water and snacks as well on the bike ride.

We had a wonderful moment touring in Mekong Delta with Shi. He picked us up in Saigon in the afternoon and We arrived there at night. He arranged us a homestay at local guest house and the next day we enjoy biking around the village and visiting the floating market.
